Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AIERA School. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or registering a child for an exam window, you agree to these terms.

1. Account responsibilities

• The parent or legal guardian is the account holder. Children may take AIERA School only with the parent's active consent and supervision.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• The information you provide (name, email, country, child grade) must be accurate.

2. Exam conduct and integrity

AIERA Schoolis a measure of your child's thinking. To preserve the validity of every score, participants and their parents agree:

• The child takes the exam alone; no help from parents, tutors, peers, AI assistants, or external materials.
• The exam is taken in a single sitting once started. There is no pause; if the connection drops, a 30-minute resume window applies.
• Tab switching, copy/paste, and right-click are blocked and logged. Sessions with multiple violations are flagged.
• Sharing exam questions, options, or answers — by screenshot, transcription, or any other means — is prohibited.
• AIERA School may invalidate any session where misconduct is detected. Invalidated sessions yield no score and no refund.

3. Refund policy

• One-off plans (Single, 2-Test Pack, 10-Test Pack, Founding Member) are refundable in full within 15 days of purchase, provided no live AIERA School exam has been taken by any child on the account during that window.
• Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues to the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the year.
• Once a live exam credit has been consumed by an exam attempt — successful or otherwise — the corresponding payment is non-refundable.

4. Intellectual property

AIERA School exam questions, distractors, explanations, score reports, certificates, the AIERA Scorescale, the AIERA School name and logo, and all original content on this site are the proprietary intellectual property of AIERA School. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Diagnostic reports and certificates issued for your child are licensed for personal use only.

5. Service availability

AIERA School makes a reasonable effort to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled exam windows occur on announced dates; if a documented platform outage prevents your child from completing a live exam, contact support and we will either extend the window or grant a free credit at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

AIERA School is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIERA School's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid AIERA School in the 12 months preceding the claim. AIERA School is not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including without limitation any decision made on the basis of a AIERA School score.

7. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of these terms will first be addressed informally by emailing [email protected]. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, both parties agree to binding individual arbitration in the State of Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and noted on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
